Would I use Kent Jorgenson as my Real Estate Agent?
The sole purpose of this letter is to inform the reader of the courteous profession manner of Mr Kent Jorgenson.

After agonizing over the fact for many months, my 84 year old mother finally made up her mind to sell her house.  This task was bestowed upon Kent,  who sat down and explained,  in layman terms, exactly what he would do and how he  would go about it.

Shortly after the signing of the sales agreement,  the house became the major part of an estate.   Within the next couple of weeks the house sold,  and it was at this time that Kent became a tremendous asset explaining what had to be done and most  importantly,  how to get it done quickly.  He worked with both me and the estate lawyer involved,  thus allowing the purchaser to take possession as quickly as possible.

My family has know Kent for many years and I would not hesitate in proudly recommending him to anyone seeking a salesperson who,  in my opinion, is well trained,  knowledgeable and dedicated individual who, in a  quiet manner,  gets the job done for his client.

Would I use Kent Jorgenson as my Real Estate agent?  Without a doubt!

Joice and I had terrific luck with Kent Jorgenson, who is with the Kelowna RE/MAX office.  It took us a couple of years to finally make a decision and Kent was both extremely helpful as well as patient, a necessary quality given our various requirements and tendency to be indecisive, as we moved—crept—toward making our decision.  Kent knows the area very well and he takes a common sense approach to pricing, another admirable quality.  Before beginning our search, Kent sent us a relocation package that we found very useful as we did some preliminary research prior to visiting the Okanagan Valley for the first time.  Kent knows his stuff and is very easy to work with.
